We undertake pipeline fabrication and erections jobs at site for sizes ranging from ½’ nb to 56”nb We have undertaken pipeline jobs for green-field projects and operating plants as well. We have successfully completed various projects on various MoCs – carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Providing quality services within the time schedule has been the guiding principle of our dedicated workforce.

Our workshop facilities are situated on the outskirts of Mumbai- to cater to our clients requirement within and outside Mumbai. At our workshop we are equipped to provide all your shop fabrication requirements. We have lathe, drilling, bending, welding and other machines to take up any IBR/ Non-IBR fabrication jobs for you. We undertake fabrication of economizer coils, super-heater coils, studded tubes, bends, etc We manufacture boiler accessories like siphons, thermowells, plugs and other boiler fittings at our workshop.

Regular boiler cleaning and inspection ensures breakdown free operation of your equipment. We have a specialized team that undertakes boiler cleaning activities. We deploy various machines required for comprehensive cleaning of the equipment – water jets, chemical cleaning, mechanical cleaning, etc. We also undertake any maintenance work required for the optimal functioning of the boiler, including but not limited to, retubing, tube repair, plugging, shell repair, etc.

Hydro-jetting is a process that uses high speed / high pressure water to clear blockages in pipe systems and is typically the first approach to clearing blocked lines. Barring the possibility of a collapsed line, hydro-jetting will solve the problem and thereafter routine maintenance will keep the lines free and functioning properly.

One thing that is designed to be replaced is a boiler tube. They're designed to transfer head rapidly so they are more likely to be coated with scale. They're thin, also for heat transfer, so they will corrode through first. There are means for cleaning scaled tubes so they don't have to be replaced but water side cleaning occasionally penetrate the tube so replacement is necessary.

Laser welding is becoming more and more common in all types of metal joining. Skill and experience is necessary to do the right job. We offers a permanent solution to sealing leaks and repairing cracks in boilers and boiler tubing.
